Hangzhou Smile Stationery Co., LTD., founded on April 28th, 2003, is a manufacturing enterprise possessing the rights of self-managed import and export.

Located in a picturesque town, ‘the Chinese hometown of Ballpen’, Fenshui, Tonglu county, Zhejiang province, our company specializes in all kinds of exquisite ballpoint pens, advertising pens, gift pens, etc. The company has accumulated much successful experience and practices for many years in products developing, designing, producing, marketing and many other aspects. And the products of our company are widely exported to all countries and areas in the world including the U.S.A., EU countries, Japan, South-east… Our excellent reputation, superior products, and sincere service have won the trust and favorable reception from numerous customers.

Brief History of Our Company

2002

In 2002, our founder Michelle and Bill rent 3 plastic inject machine and prepare to establish a factory.

29th April, 2003

On April 29th, 2003, Hangzhou Smile Stationery Co.,LTD was founded.

2005

In 2005, our factory was established, which located in Fenshui, Hangzhou.

2009

In 2009, we have moved to our own new office.

8th Jun, 2018

In 2018, we have founded e-commerce company and started to focus on online shopping&service.

Order

Received your inquiry, we will send quotation to you in 12 hours and also send printing design sketch to you if needed.

Sample

After you place the order, we will make proof samples with your customized color and logo.

Mass Production

If customer confirms the sample, we will start mass production. The process includes plastic injection, spray, printing, assembly, packaging. Normally, it will take 20-25 days to produce 10,000 pcs plastic retractable pens.

Quality Check

All products will be random inspected. According to AQL2.5, the products will not be allowed to leave the factory if they cannot meet the standard. You are also welcomed if you need full inspection.

Shipment

We have cooperated with some great forwarders for many years. And we can offer the best DDP/CFR price using freight or ship. You are also welcomed if you will choose EXW/FOB price with your own forwarder.
